About Pipeliner CRM Compact Views

Where You Can Access Compact Views

The compact view is accessible as an additional view for all of the main Pipeliner CRM entities:

  • Accounts
  • Contacts
  • Opportunities
  • Leads

How The Compact View is Constructed

The compact view is logically divided into three main parts:

  • A list of all related the entities on the entity window you have just opened. For example, if you are in the leads section you have the list of leads on the right.
  • An overview of all related data of the selected entity.
  • A feed of all related emails, internal messages, social media interactions and updates for the selected entity.

How to Switch to the Compact View

Pipeliner CRM enables you to use many different views on entities according to the specific situation and sales use cases. In order to switch to any of these, just click on the "View" selector within the top right part of the entity window.

For example, for Contacts you will have:

  • Compact View
  • Card View
  • List View

Click on the "Compact View" to access it.

Pipeliner CRM Compact View: Contacts

Pipeliner CRM provides a fully integrated approach tracking all of the information and communication activities linked to your contacts. It enables users to easily store and find contact information, related sales documents, and associated activities

#1: Using List View

A List View within the Compact View lists all contacts according to the profile and filter conditions. Here are the main features you can use within the list view:

  1. Easily switch between contacts using the contacts list.
  2. Use the alphabetic to filter contacts.

#2: Using Overview

A Compact View overview consists of two main parts: the Card on the top, and Related Data under the Card. Here are the features you can use within both parts:

Within the Card

  1. Open related Account.
  2. Make it a Favourite.
  3. Initiate a call over your mobile phone.
  4. Write an email.
  5. Find and direct yourself to the contacts location.
  6. Open related social media profiles.
  7. Use last contacted date (last email send, appointment held or initiated call).

Under the Card

  1. Open Leads - Show by default up to five of your last edited leads, with the capacity to drill down to see them all.
  2. Open Opportunities - Show by default up to five of your last edited opportunities, with the capacity to drill down to see them all.
  3. Business overview - An overview combining the most important data related to the contact.

  1. Activities - Show the last 5 edited activities, with the capacity to drill down to see them all.
  2. Documents - Show the last 5 edited docs, with the capacity to drill down to see all docs and files.
  3. Notes - Show the last 5 edited notes, with the capacity to drill down and see all notes. .
  4. Colleagues - Show the contacts assigned to the same account as the selected one.

#3: Feed View

A feed view enables you to create related data to the selected entity, and review all social interactions you have had with your contacts:

  1. Shortcuts to create sales activities such as New Task, Lead, Opportunity, Document, Note or write a feed message.
  2. Use the Feed View to get the latest updates related to the selected contact.

Pipeliner CRM Compact View: Accounts

With complete account management software, sales managers get the complete picture of each account, with automatically updated opportunity details, access to all customer information including contacts, communication history, activity history, shared documents, notes and much more.

#1: Using List View

  4. Documents - Show the last 5 edited docs, with the capacity to drill down to see all docs and files.
  5. Notes - Show the last 5 edited notes with the capacity to drill down and see all notes.
