About Pipeliner CRM Compact Views

Where can I access Compact Views?

The compact view is accessible for all of the main Pipeliner CRM entities:

  • Accounts
  • Contacts
  • Opportunities
  • Leads

as an additional view on the entities you can use.

How is the Compact View build?

The compact view is logically divided into three main parts:

  • A list of all related the entities on the entity window you have just open i.e. if you are in the leads section you have the list of leads on the right.
  • An overview of all related data of the selected entity.
  • A feed of all related emails, build-in messages, social media interactions and entities updates of the selected entity.

How to Switch to the Compact View?

Pipeliner CRM enables you to use many different views on entities according to the specific situation and sales use cases. In order to switch to any of these, just click on the "View" selector within the top right part of the entity window.

Here is the example of the views for Contacts:

  • Compact View
  • Card View
  • List View

Click on the "Compact View" to access it if you are in a different view now.

Pipeliner CRM Compact View: Contacts

Pipeliner CRM provides a fully integrated approach for contact management to tracking all of the information and communication activities linked to your Contacts. It enables users to easily store and find Contact information, related sales documents, and associated activities.

#1: Using List View

A list view within the compact view list all contacts according to the profile and filter conditions. Here are the main features you can use within the list view:

  1. Easily switch between Contacts using the Contacts list.
  2. Use the alphabetic to filter Contacts.

#2: Using Overview

An compact view overview consists of the two main parts i.e. Card on the top and Related Data under the Card. Here are the features you can use within both parts:

Within the Card

  1. Open related Account.
  2. Make it a Favorite.
  3. Initiate a call over Mobile Phone.
  4. Write an email.
  5. Find and direct yourself to the contacts location.
  6. Open related social media profiles.
  7. Use last contacted date (last email send, appointment held or initiate call)

Under the Card

  1. Open Leads - Showing by default up to five of your last edited Leads with the possibility to drill down to see them all.
  2. Open Opportunities - Showing by default up to five of your last edited Opportunities with the possibility to drill down to see them all.
  3. Business overview - An overview combining the most important data related to the Contact.

  4. Activities - Showing the last 5 edited Activities with the possibility to drill down to see all Activities.
  5. Documents - Showing the last 5 edited docs with the possibility to drill down to see all docs and files.
  6. Notes - Showing the last 5 edited notes with the possibility to drill down to see all Notes.
  7. Colleagues - Showing the Contacts assigned to the same Account as assigned to the selected one.

#3: Feed View

A feed view enables you to create related data to the selected entity and review all social interactions you had with your contacts:

  1. Shortcuts to create sales activities such as New Task, Lead, Opportunity, Document, Note or write a feed message.
  2. Use feed view to get the latest updates related to the selected Contact.

Pipeliner CRM Compact View: Accounts

With complete account management software, sales managers get the complete picture of each Account, with automatically updated Opportunity details, access to all customer information including Contacts, communication history, activity history, shared documents, notes and much more.

#1: Using List View

A list view within the compact view list all accounts according to the profile and filter conditions. Here are the main features you can use within the list view:

  1. Easily switch between Accounts using the Accounts list.
  2. Use the alphabetic to filter Accounts.

  9. Accounts of the same Industry - Showing the last 5 edited accounts that are having same account industry assigned as the selected account.
