What is a Pivot Table Report?

A pivot table is an advanced method for comparing data and sharpening insights across multiple data sets. The pivot table in Pipeliner CRM enables you to summarize your field values into the spreadsheet in order to give a better overview of the sales data.

Pivot Report - is a report that summarizes selected columns and rows of data into a spreadsheet.

Below is the example of a pivot table: This is a Pivot Table Report As you can see, pivot table summarizes the values within the cells in the columns as well in the rows.

#1: How to create a pivot table on open sales opportunities per sales pipeline steps

You can run a pivot table report within the  “Management Reports”:

  3. Give it a name "Sales Opportunities Value per Sales Step", select  reports type to "Opportunity" and click "Save".

Do not forget to save your report by clicking the “Save” button on a very bottom of the report screen.

You can run a pivot table report within the  “Management Reports”:

  1. Run Pipeliner CRM and click "Reports" and "Management Reports" within the main bottom menu.
  2. Open the sidebar column and hit "New Report".

You can run a pivot table report within the  “Management Reports”:

  3. Give it a name "Sales Opportunities per Sales Unit over Monthly Revenue", select  reports type to "Opportunity" and click "Save"
  4. Click on the view settings and "change the report structure" from standard to pivot.
