Instant Management Reports in Pipeliner CRM

Pipeliner CRM does the heavy lifting for you when it comes to Management Reports. With the latest release of Pipeliner CRM, Phaenomena, we’ve added a New Report button to other views throughout the application. Learn more how you can use it in order to generate reports in seconds.

About Rich Management Reports

Now you’ll accomplish more — be creative, mentor wisely, and visually manage an entire sales organization. Imagine, for example:

  • A Management Report on exactly the view before you — the one you’ve currently filtered in the Pipeline.
  • A Management Report on the Activities of the sales rep you’re reviewing.

Where Can You Use This Option?

  • Sales Pipeline - Create a rich report on your open Opportunities you are currently seeing based on the profile settings.
  • Open Leads - Create a report on open Leads you are currently seeing based on the profile settings.
  • Lost Leads - Create a report on lost Leads you are currently seeing based on the profile settings.
  • Accounts - Create a report on Accounts you are currently seeing based on the profile settings.
  • Contacts - Create a report on Contacts you are currently seeing based on the profile settings.
  • Activities - Create a report on Activities you are currently seeing based on the profile settings.

How To Configure Report Settings

The newly created reports inherits the information and settings configured within the the previous view according to which you have created it.

Example no.1: How do I create a management report on exactly what I've currently filtered in the pipeline?

Follow these steps:

  1. Run Pipeliner CRM.
  2. Open "Pipeline."
  3. Go to the "Options Manager." Configure your options according to your preferences (i.e. what you want to see on the pipeline). Pipeliner CRM Pipeline Options
  4. Click "New Report." Here you have two options: Either report this data within the charts (Dashboard) or within the standard report (Reports). Let's choose "As Reports." Pipeliner CRM Create Report Over Pipeline

Example #2:  How do I create a management Report based on the activities of a rep I'm reviewing?

In order to create a Report based on the profile settings within the sales pipeline follow these steps:

  1. Run Pipeliner CRM.
  2. Open "Activities."
  3. Go to the "Options Manager." Configure your options according to your preferences (i.e. what you want to see on the activities list). Pipeliner CRM Activities Options

Tip: You can Star and Save Reports for consistent use.
