Our new Sales Performance Insights feature is fully web based, therefore unavailable if you are in airplane mode or without a working internet connection.
Sales Performance Insights consists of the following sections
This section shows you the results for a selected time period. This screen displays how many leads have been created, qualified or lost; how many opportunities have been created, won or lost; and Won and Lost Amounts. This data is also shown in the graph.
In the bottom of the section you will find Highlights, which shows you how many leads have been created, total won amount, how many opportunities have been won, and top won opportunities.
In View Settings in the upper right corner (cogwheel icon), you may change settings to have results displayed for you, your team members or by sales units. If you select the option to report by users or units, you will also be able to sort the data, or have inactive (deleted) users (or units) displayed.
Indicators show data for all users in a graph based on a parameter selected from the left indicator column.
In View Settings you may set the time period, or to view results per users or per sales units.
This section displays the effectiveness of your team in converting leads to opportunities and moving them through the sales steps. The representation shows you how many leads were created, qualified and lost or won, and how many opportunities were created, qualified, lost or won. At the bottom of the screen you will find a history graph.
In View Settings you may select the time period. You may view results for yourself or for your unit. You can also see results displayed by count (number of leads/opportunities) or value.
4. LIFE CYCLE
The last section of the Performance Insights displays the life cycle of opportunities – the average time opportunities have spent in a sales step before moving forward.
In View Settings you may set a period for which the data will be displayed.
