Our new Insights are fully web based therefore unavailable if you are in a flight mode or without working internet connection.

1. Insights (Insights + My Results)

 

1 - People insights (displayed when user selects reporting by people in profile)
List of users with best results by defined conditions:

  • time interval
  • sorting conditions
  • filter conditions

1A - first 3 positions with real values has medals (If there are 2 users with same results then they would have the same medal)


First result is open by default!

  • 1B - users photo / phantom
  • 1C - users name formatted by current user settings
  • 1D - absolute value of sorting KPI and %


Row represents progress bar.


Positive KPI: the highest value is the first and it equals 100%, other values are sorted
descending in comparison to 1st value, eg. if 1st max value is 10 (100%) and 2nd value
is 5 then the relative value of second value will be 50%


Negative KPI: the lowest value is the first and the highest value on last position. relative
indicator = value / sum of all absolute negative indicators


Users / Sales units without any KPI value don't have position in yarrow (- -). this users /
sales unis are sorted alphabetically


2A - creations KPIs:

  • created leads
  • creted opportunities


Each KPI has swith to turn on / off displaying line in chart


2B - conversions KPIs:

  • qualified leads
  • won opportunities

2C - lost KPIs:

  • lost leads
  • lost opportunities


2D - amount KPIs:

  • Won amount (this KPI is defaultly switched on)
  • Lost amount (this KPI is defaultly switched on)

Each KPI has own switch to display results in chart (amount KPIs are defaultly enabled).

KPI have 2 different values:

  • Count - axes Y left side
  • Amount - axes Y right side


3 - users without results are on the end of the list sorted alphabetically by name (inactive users
has special label "inactive")


3A - active user without KPI value


3B - highlights of displayed users at the end of the list of users contains (this highlights are determined by profile conditions):

  • Leads Crated - how many leads was created
  • Total Won Amount - summary of won opportunity base values totally
  • Total Won Opportunities - count of won opportunities
  • Best Won Amount Ever - won opportunity with highest base opportunity value

 

 

4 - history chart
4A - count axes - dynamic representation of granularity
4B - amount axes - dynamic representation of granularity
4C - lines of chart description
4D - X axes with previous periods and time granularity:
<= 7 days - display days on x axis
>7 days and <84 days - display weeks on x axis
>=84 days and <=365 days - display months on x axis
>365 days and <=1095 days - display quarters on x axis
>1095 days - display years on x axis

User can move in chart by clicking on move buttons left and right. If the actual period is
displayed on the last position then the right button is hidden because it is not possible to move
to future in the chart.
Granularity and X-axes:

5 - case when user selects that he wants to report by sales units (different insights logo and
header). Screen has same behavior as reporting by people but:
reported items are sales units
different report name and different report icon
parent sales unit is displayed or child units are displayed (if the sales unit has)

 

 

 

6 - case when user wants to see only his results:

  • special label My results
  • each group of KPIs has special behaviour to display comparison between actual time
  • period results and results of previous period
  • same value
  • lower value
  • higher value


6A - creations KPIs:

  • created leads
  • creted opportunities


6B - conversions KPIs:

  • qualified leads
  • won opportunities


6C - lost KPIs:

  • lost leads
  • lost opportunities

6D - amount KPIs:

  • won amount
  • lost amount


7 - chart and highlights are the same as in standard insights but only for one actual user and
user highlights

 

 

8 - Insights with opened power panel.

Panel is opened by clicking on profile button.
Profile is sliding out from right side of window and it contains:
profile header with modified label (when profile was changed and not saved)
close button hide the profile
profile name with name of owner
making favorite: all created profiles are defaultly set as favorite and user can unmark
the favorite preference, shared profile from different user is defaultly set as unfavorite
sharing (All user's profiles are private defaultly)
pipelines: dropdown with all user's available pipelines and + All Pipelines option
insights has 2 tabs in profile

8A - profile set by users

 

 

 

8B - Opened settings of profile:
Rename - one input with required field
Save as - saves copy of profile and select it automatically
Delete - confirmation
If user call one of these options while the profile is modified then the pop up with save changes
is displayed

 

8C - Sharing of profile:
private (defaultly) - only owner can use the profile
public - anybody in team can see the profile
custom - owner can define who will be able to see the profile (not edit, only owner can
edit profile)
Owner can add existing active users as watchers or active sales units as a wathcers of prifle -
this field is required

 

8D - case when current owner is only watcher of profile
he can not change the sharing
he can edit profile but he can only save it as copy

 

 

8E - case when user is watcher of profile and the profile is not edited

8F - case when user has access to only one pipeline
When user A shares profile to user B with Pipeline to which user B doesn't have access then
the user B will se the "Pipeline is not available" in pipeline part and he must change the pipeline
or select option All pipelines#

 

 

8G - case when user opens list of pipelines

11 - filter in profile has master switch to turn off / on
Profile has 2 main states:
Preset - default filters
Custom - advance filter to add all fields on oppty form
If user wants to switch between custom filter with advance fields and preset filter then the
notification is displayed:

 

 

2. Indicators


Indicators report is available only for managers!

 

 

 

12 - Sales Units Indicators - display sales units comparison in chart and list of sales units by
each KPI
12A - list of indicators
12B - chart with sales units / users (only one Y axe is available because user can not set 2
different KPIs in one chart. Te behavior of chart is standard:
mouse hovers contains sales unit logos / user profile photos

dynamic granularity on Y axes
lines colours description

12C - list of sales units sorted by results
three first sales units are selected automatically and displayed in chart by default per
each KPI
this three sales units has marers / medails
maximum of displayed lines in chart (sales units / users) is 10 - then other switches will
be set to disabled

14B - enhanced conversions report contains KPIs as results defined by filter (from KPIs data
determinated by opportunities filter):
created leads - count of created leads
leads waiting - created / taken leads with no other follow up action
qualified leads - leads which were qualified from created leads and taken leads
won opportunities - won opportunities which were won from qualified leads or created
opportunities or taken opportunities
reassigned created leads - created leads which were not been qualified or lost or stay
as created
lost qualified leads - qualified leads which were lost
reassigned qualified leads - qualified leads which were not been won or lost or stay as
waiting
lost leads - leads which were lost from creadet leads and lost from taken leads
taken leads - count of taken leads
created opportunities - count of created opportunities

14C - splitting opportunities - contains oppty KPIs COUNT:

% won opportunties = won opportunities / all opportunities
% lost opportunities = (lost opportunities + lost qualified leads) / all opportunities
% reassigned = (reassigned qualified leads + reassigned created opportunities) / all
opportunities
% open opportunities = (qualified leads waiting + created opportunities waiting + taken
opportunities waiting) / all opportunities
- hover contains: name of kpi, % of splitting, count of items in brackets

 

 

15 - conversions profile has same behaviour as others insights profiles but there is special
preferences for data reporting:

15 - lifecycle profile has same behavior as others insights profiles but there is only period setting
in view settings

Insights, Indicators and Corversions

 

20A - the preset filter contains 2 new fields:
KPI Owner - same behavior as standard owner field in preset filter but the data are
filtered from KPI table
KPI Sales Unit - same behavior as standard sales unit field in preset filter but the data
are filtered from KPI table

 

 

 

20B - user can add 2 new fields from new group KPI Lead & Opportunity:
KPI Owner (conditions: is / is not) list of all users who are managed by current user
KPI Sales Unit (conditions: is / is not) list of all sales units in which is current user
member / manager
This two KPIs are available in add field dialog in new group KPI Lead & Opportunity (1st in the
list)
Lifecycle
Owner and Sales unit fields stay in the list and they refferencing into real oppty value
fields.

 

 

KPI filter conditions are not available in lifecycle tab. Thera are only:
Owner
Sales unit
Drill down
Click on dot in chart / box on Conersions KPI boxes open table with list of opportunities.
Ability to drill down is available on this places:
insights / my results history chart
indicators charts
conversions boxes (assigned to others excluded)
Drill down works only if the count of opportunities is more than 1.
If the count of opportunities is equal 1 and user has access to this record then the opportunity is
directly opened in Pipeliner Air client.
If the count of opportunities is equal 1 and user doesn't have access to this record then the alert
is displayed:

 

 

If there are 2 or more opportunities to drill down then the dialog is displayed (same as drill down
in pivot table):

 

 

It contains:
notification - this part is displayed only if 1 or more drilled down opportunities can not
be displayed because user lose access to them
list of opportunities
grand total summary
The table contains this columns:

 

 

Click on row in table opens opportunity detail in Pipeliner Air client.
Drill down doesn't work when user has opened any dialog window or detail screen.

 

Error state
If user lost access to the report or the internet connection is lost then the state is displayed:

 

21- case when data is not available and report can not be displayed:
