Error Code: Synchronization Failed!

Follow these basic steps in order to solve issues with your Pipeliner when synchronization fails.


  • Be sure that you are connected to the internet (cable internet connection is recommended);
  • Check your antivirus and firewall if it does not block pipeliner;
  • Turn off the "Offline" mode within your Internet Explorer (Windows users)

Error Codes:

Limited or no connectivity

Most of the time, this is a windows based issue but could occur also on our mac user's computers when using Internet Explorer. It seems to be that you have activated "Offline" mode on your IE browser.

  1. Run Internet Explorer.
  2. Click on the "File".
  3. Un-check the option "Work Offline".

After this being done, try to synchronize again. If you have still problems with synchronizing your Pipeliner, do not hesitate to contact us.
