Follow these basic steps in order to solve issues with your Pipeliner when synchronization fails.
- Be sure that you are connected to the internet (cable internet connection is recommended);
- Check your antivirus and firewall if it does not block pipeliner;
- Turn off the "Offline" mode within your Internet Explorer (Windows users)
Most of the time, this is a windows based issue but could occur also on our mac user's computers when using Internet Explorer. It seems to be that you have activated "Offline" mode on your IE browser.
- Run Internet Explorer.
- Click on the "File".
- Un-check the option "Work Offline".
