How can I close a lost opportunity?

If you for any reason lost your potential customer, you can close this lost opportunity directly in your "Sales Pipeline". Please follow the steps below to move your lost opportunity into the archive and set its status as a lost opportunity.

Close Lost Opportunity

  1. Run Pipeliner and click the "Pipeline" icon.
  2. Mouse-over the particular opportunity and click the "Move to archive" icon from the quick view menu.
  3. Configure the reason for losing the opportunity and click "Lost and archive" button.

Please note that you can track the reasons why you lose your potential customers.

Export Archive

Since the 12.0. update it is possible to export the data directly from the Archive. To do so just go to Archive and click on the Export button in the upper bar of the Pipeliner


Once you click on the export button, it is enough just to select the CSV/XLSX format 


and then just save the file.
