How can I filter accounts or contacts?

Pipeliner enables you to filter all your accounts using the "Accounts or Contacts" tool. You can use standard filter to filter the data according to the default Pipeliner fields or filter the data according to every field in Pipeliner (default or custom).

Filter data in Accounts or Contacts

Standard filter works separately and independently from custom filter and vice versa. It means that Pipeliner filters your data according to the fields within the selected filter and ignores the the second filter settings.

Standard Filter

Pipeliner Standard Filter lets you filter according to the default Pipeliner fields. You can change and filter the accounts in the "Accounts or Contacts" under "Cogwheel" settings.

  1. Click on “Accounts or Contacts” to select the tab “Accounts”.
  2. In the upper right-hand corner of the application screen click on " Cogwheel" (a big-wheel icon).
  3. Within the " Cogwheel" settings click on "Filter Settings" and turn the filter on by click the "On" button.
  4. Configure the "Filter Settings" according to your preferences and Pipeliner will filter the accounts on-the-fly!

Tip: If you would like to save this settings just click on the "Save" button at the bottom. 

Advanced Filter

Pipeliner Custom Filter lets you filter according to all your fields in Pipeliner and set specific set of conditions to filter only those data you need focus on. You can filter accounts in “Accounts & Contacts” under “Options” settings.

  1. Click on “Accounts or Contacts” to select the tab “Accounts”.
  2. In the upper right-hand corner of the application screen click on “Cogwheel” (a big-wheel icon).
  3. Within the “Cogwheel” settings click on “Filter Settings” and turn the filter on by click the “On” button.
  4. Click on the "Advanced Filter" link and configure the custom filter to filter accounts according to your custom Pipeliner fields.

Tip: If you would like to save these settings just click on the “Save” button at the bottom.
