How can I invite users to appointment?

You can invite users to appointment within the "Activities tab".

Invite users to appointment

  1. Click on “Activities” to open your activity box.
  2. Click and select the particular appointment to which you want to invite users (it’s detail window will show-up at the bottom of the activities box).
  3. Find the option "Attendees" and write the mail address an individual person or a sales unit with whom you would like to schedule the appointment.
  4. Click on the "Save" button to finish.
