How does it work?
Account classification enables you to classify your accounts from 0 = I do not know this account at all up to D = Your best account in the system. It means that the most valued account in your system should be classified as "D". On the other hand, if the account you are working with is a completely new account, the Pipeliner CRM assigns it the "0" (zero) value to it. After working with your account a while, you can change the account classification though "A" up to "D".
Can I customize Account Classification?
If you need to customize you accounts according to a different attribute, we recommend you to use account types instead.
