Outlook Inbox Add-in for Windows Office 2013/16

The Pipeliner CRM Inbox Add-in only works with Outlook.com account, Office 365 Business Premium, Office 365 Business Essentials, Microsoft Exchange Online Plan 1 and 2 and Microsoft Azure.

Please note that the Add-in does not work with O365 Home, Personal and Home & Student 2016.

Note there is no local installation of the New Pipeliner CRM Inbox Add-in product. This product is online (cloud) only.

Pipeliner CRM Inbox Add-in does not work on local applications such as Office 2007, Office 2010, Exchange 2007, 2010, 2013 on premises.

Pipeliner CRM Inbox Add-in works only with Microsoft products. (No Google Apps supported).

How to check if your Outlook client supports add-in?

Outlook 2016

Look for the Store button on the Outlook Home Ribbon. If you can see this button, you are ready to acquire add-ins.

Outlook 2013

Click File on Outlook. Look for the "Manage add-ins" button below (also present in Outlook 2016). If you see this button, you're able to get add-ins.

 

Outlook on the web (Outlook web app) or Outlook.com

 

How to enable the Pipeliner CRM Inbox Add-in on O365/Exchange Plan:

1) Open your favorite browse and browse to https://login.microsoftonline.com and login with your https://login.microsoftonline.com email credentials.

When logged in click on the cog wheel icon top right hand corner of your email and browse to manage integrations.

In the search bar presented to you type Pipeliner and search for the Add-in.

Click the button ON and that is all – no installation needed.

Close your Outlook and when you open it next time the Add-in will be present.

You can use the Add-in Store of Microsoft within your Outlook on Office 2016 to enable the CRM add-in too.

Click on the icon of store as in the below screenshot:

This will redirect you to the Office store

Login to your account and you will be able to select mail and browse to manage integrations as in the previous steps.

In a case you select any email in your Outlook Inbox you can view all contacts, accounts, leads, opportunities, tasks, and appointments associated with email addresses--without switching between Pipeliner CRM and Outlook.

  • If the contact that wrote you an email is within your address book in Pipeliner CRM. If it is not, you can easily save it to Pipeliner CRM.
  • You can review all related business that you have done with the contact previously including the list of all related leads, opportunities, accounts and even activities.
  • You can create and save all the content from the email received to Pipeliner CRM.
  • You can create and save additional records to Pipeliner CRM related to the contact that wrote you.
